The MP25 proportional mixer is made up of two instruments for measuring flow rates in a range of use that extends from 4 m3/h up to 170 m3/H, with a resolution approaching +- 0.5% error in its entire range of action.
The instruments installed on board the mixer use the calorimetric measurement principle, integrated with a PLC for managing the components and a display for setting the mixture values.
When gas passes through the main pipeline, the MFCp emits a pulse which is sent to the management PLC.
The PLC reads the signal arriving from the MFCp and, based on the mixture value preset by the operator via the display or remotely, sends a signal directly proportional to the MFCh installed in the hydrogen pipeline.
Based on the control signal received from the PLC, the MFCh opens the proportional output valve, regulating the flow of hydrogen, thus creating the set mixture.
The structure of our MP25 allows for optimal gas mixing, which maintains its characteristics for a distance of at least 20 mt.
